Jarden Home Brands Chief Executive Officer Michael Cornell welcomed the crowd and introduced fresh preserving experts Lauren Devine, Product Research and Test Kitchen Scientist at Ball and co-editor of the Ball® Complete Book of Home Preservingand Carolina Braunschweig, founder and owner of specialty jam company, cmbsweets.

The demonstration featured a step-by-step lesson on the traditional fresh preserving process as well as Ball’s easy no-cook Freezer Jam that’s perfect for today’s busy lifestyles.  Editors in attendance were able to sample delicious fresh jam, salsas and sauces made with Ball’s new mixes.
